Iced Matcha Latte

Matcha lattes are a great way to get a healthy pick me up in the morning or throughout the day. Green tea is full of polyphenols which can help manage weight, cardiovascular issues and diabetes. Matcha, in particular, contains lots of the antioxidant, catechins, which has potential to fight cancers. Choose high-quality organic matcha so you can ensure you aren’t getting anything other than the creamy flavor of healthy green tea.

Ingredients

1 heaping tablespoon organic matcha
½ cup of filtered cold water
½ cup milk of choice, such as coconut or almond milk
1 handful ice


Directions

1. Combine the organic matcha, milk and ice in a high speed blender and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
